We loved this hotel. The location of the venue was favourable - at walking distance from Race City Amusement Park. Have spent here 4 nights and our superior studio was quiet. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were provided if needed...

The room was reasonably spacious and had an iron, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk...
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Location really close to underground and overground transport, easily accessible to underground and overground transport which made getting around London very easy and city center. A wide range of food options within a close distance from the venue. A nice size and fairly quiet room and a fridge, a microwave oven, and central heating inside. Big bed.

easy access to underground transport, convenient proximity to St Pancras station, quiet atmosphere
Shared bathroom situation is quite inconvenient!!! Heating issues provided an uncomfortable chill at night!!! Communication regarding room changes was frustrating!!!

Great quiet spot!
We spent 4 nights here and loved the chill vibe. The room was super quiet, awesome for unwinding after busy days. We had a nice big bed and the kettle was a nice touch for late-night tea. The only issue was it got pretty hot inside, but the fan helped a ton. Breakfast was tasty too!

The room was brilliantly located for the Taylor Swift concert, and I had everything I needed-nice and clean with all the essentials! Plus, the self-check-in was easy and made life so easy.
But my windows reminded me of they were in a strong wind tunnel-perhaps they could use some sealing? A bit less wind would've been lovely!

More accessibility features would be helpful for seniors.

I enjoyed my brief stay in the Standard Double Room. The location near St Pancras made exploration easy. The shower door needed attention, but the comfortable bed made up for it. A decent option for city travelers.
